It’s Meat Free Monday! Today, we wanted to share our favorite breakfast smoothie! It’s gorgeous, delicious, and a great way to grab breakfast on the go.
1 Cup Almond OR Coconut milk
1 Cup Organic Spinach
¾ Cup Frozen Organic Mango
½ Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds
3 Brazil Nuts OR 6 Walnut halves
Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. (Add a 1/2 cup water if too thick)
